Community Service
The Kemper Home Service Companies are committed to fulfilling their role as good corporate citizens by giving back to the communities that they serve. The goal of our corporate social responsibility program is to improve the quality of life for citizens through a number of company programs and initiatives, including the Community Trust Bank Program; company-sponsored college scholarships through the United Negro College Fund, Reliable's Hispanic Scholarship Program and the general United Way Campaign.
For a more detailed look at our programs, you may view and/or print our 2011 Corporate Social Responsibility Report by clicking here.
Community Trust
The Community Trust Bank Program provides a monetary endowment to each participating district for use in supporting a local community service program or project of the district's choosing.
One of the few guidelines in choosing an organization is that the organization or activity chosen must provide a service or assistance to persons considered part of our customer base.
The group chosen must provide evidence of being a 501(c)3 (tax exempt) organization and actively involved in the community. The district's gift must be used for a specific program activity, and not for salaries or fringe benefits. In addition to providing the group financial support, the district must perform a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer service in the community they are making a donation.
For more information regarding the Community Trust Bank program, please contact the district office nearest you.

United Way
The Kemper Home Service Companies always look for opportunities to give back to the communities in which we service.
Every year the Career Agency Companies partner with the United Way and conduct campaign drives within each company. Administrative office and field employees are encouraged to participate in this worthy cause by attending one of many campaign meetings or by making a donation of any size. Every dollar donated by an administrative office employee is matched on a dollar-for-dollar basis by company contributions.
Support your local United Way chapter by visiting www.unitedway.org and entering your zip code.
